Notice of public consultation
As part of the statutory planning process, we will be hosting a second round of consultation with the wider community, local businesses, and stakeholder groups to understand their feedback on our updated plans for Juniper Crescent. These events will take place on Saturday 11 May (10am-1pm) and Monday 13 May (4pm-7pm) at the Salvation Army (Chalk Farm). All information shared at the public consultation will have been shared with estate residents first, at the April consultation events. You are of course welcome to attend the public consultation events. Please see below public consultation leaflet.

Juniper Crescent ballot
14 November - 12 December 2022
The date of the ballot was Monday 14 November, and it ran until Monday 12 December.
At our masterplan launch in July, we said residents would vote on the regeneration proposals in the Autumn. We have now spoken to the majority of residents and want to thank all who have taken the time to speak with us to help us understand your key concerns and shape the offer and designs.

We would like to meet with all residents and will be hosting appointments at our engagement hub to offer any support and to answer your questions about the regeneration proposals.
Following the ballot which took place from 14 November to 12 December Juniper Crescent residents have voted to re-develop their estate. The One Housing and Countryside team have been working closely with residents since the successful ballot to ensure that the development vision reflects the needs of residents.
As part of the planning process, we are undertaking a public consultation process to better understand the views of the local community. We have thus far held two public consultation events and leafleted the surrounding areas to ensure that we maximise our engagement with the community. The team are currently reviewing the feedback received at the events.
The following boards have been used during our public consultation events and outline various aspects of the development and project. They cover the background of the regeneration, our vision going forward, the preliminary timeline and what the development will provide to residents.
